Icons are a great way to direct users attention to an important link or area of a page. Particularly when you have a lage number of categories in a list, it is a great idea to give them each an icon. Icons are designed to be intuitive, allowing users to move easily through your website or software. Once icons are implemented information really comes to life. As a perk walls of text are also automatically eliminated.
